At EcoMystic, we work closely with independent artisans and small-batch creators to deliver thoughtfully curated eco-friendly and spiritual products.

Due to the handcrafted and limited nature of many products, we maintain the following policy.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed and processed. Please review your order carefully before completing payment.

2. Returns & Exchanges

We currently do not support returns or exchanges on products purchased through EcoMystic.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered under the following situations:

• Wrong product received
• Product damaged during transit
• Missing product in the package

Customers must report such issues within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Proof Requirement

To process support requests, customers may be asked to provide:

• Order number
• Product/package photos
• Description of the issue

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing timelines may vary depending on banking and payment providers.

6. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders, occasional delays may occur due to courier operations, weather conditions, festivals, public holidays, or unforeseen logistical circumstances. In such situations, customers may contact our support team for shipment assistance and tracking updates.
